All bookings are made as per the guidelines and availability issued by the Rajasthan Forest Department through their official booking system.
By confirming a booking with Trip To Ranthambore, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Policy
- Safari reservations can be made up to 120 days in advance as per forest department rules.
- 100% advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving payment and official confirmation from the forest department.
- Safari zones are allocated by the Forest Department, and specific zone requests cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We strive to maintain full transparency; however, due to the strict rules of the Rajasthan Forest Department, once a safari booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Jeep Safari / Canter Safari charges are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Current Booking Safaris (last-minute safaris booked a day before) will be refunded only if the booking is not confirmed by the forest department.
- In the rare event that the Forest Department cancels or reschedules safaris for reasons such as bad weather, VIP movement, or park closure, Trip To Ranthambore will process refunds as per the official government refund policy (if applicable).
- No refund or rescheduling is permitted for no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary cancellations.
Important Note
All bookings and use of facilities inside Ranthambore Tiger Reserve are provisional and subject to modification or cancellation by the Field Director, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, without prior notice or reason.
By making a reservation through Trip To Ranthambore, you accept all terms, conditions, and cancellation policies as stated above.
