When Ranthambore Become the first tiger Project?
Ranthambore Rajasthan First Century became the first tiger project of Rajasthan in the year 1973 at the time of establishment of Tiger Project in the country. Ranthambore got the status of National Park in 1980. Ranthambore also has the distinction of becoming the first National Park of Rajasthan.After the creation of the National Park, Tiger was always in the news due to the celebrities coming for the safari. When Ranthambore National Park was declared, as Ranthambore Rajasthan First Century its area was 392 square kilometers. Which is currently 1734 square kilometer. At present, Ranthambore has the highest number of tigers in Rajasthan. Ranthambore currently has 78 tigers, tigresses and cubs. In which there are 23 tigers, 28 tigresses and 27 cubs. A postage stamp has been issued on the tigress fish here. Books have been written on this tigress and many movies have been made.
