Big Cat Tours is a privately operated travel agency based in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, providing safari booking assistance and wildlife tourism services for visitors travelling to Ranthambore.

Big Cat Tours is an independent private travel business and is not a government department, government website, or representative of the Rajasthan Forest Department. Safari availability, vehicle allocation, zone allocation and park entry remain subject to the applicable rules and availability of the relevant park authorities.

By making a booking through Big Cat Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to the following booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions.

Booking Policy

• Safari bookings are subject to the availability of safari permits, vehicles and applicable booking windows.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and the booking confirmation has been issued.
• Safari vehicle and zone allocation is subject to availability and the applicable allocation system. A particular zone or vehicle cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.
• Passenger information provided at the time of booking must be accurate and must match the identification documents required for safari entry.
• Guests are responsible for providing correct names, ages, nationality and identification details before the booking is finalized.

Payment Policy

• Full payment may be required to process and confirm a safari booking, depending on the type of service selected.
• Payment confirmation alone does not guarantee a particular safari zone, vehicle or natural wildlife sighting.
• Customers should review the booking details carefully before completing payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Safari permits and related services may be subject to restrictions once a booking has been confirmed. Therefore, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type and status of the booking.

• Confirmed safari bookings may be non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed or the safari permit has been issued, subject to the applicable booking terms.
• Customer-requested cancellations are eligible for a refund only where the applicable booking terms permit cancellation.
• Where a booking cannot be confirmed and the applicable payment is refundable, Big Cat Tours will process the eligible refund to the original payment method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer's bank or financial institution.
• No refund is provided for no-shows, late arrival, incorrect passenger information, or failure to carry the required identification documents, where the booking terms make the service non-refundable.
• If a safari is cancelled by the relevant park authority because of weather conditions, park closure, administrative restrictions or other circumstances outside our control, any refund will be handled according to the applicable rules for that booking.

Safari Zone & Vehicle Allocation

Safari zones, vehicles and entry arrangements are subject to the applicable allocation system and availability. Big Cat Tours cannot guarantee a specific zone, vehicle, route or wildlife sighting unless expressly confirmed as part of the selected service.

Wildlife sightings are naturally unpredictable. Tigers, leopards, sloth bears and other wildlife may or may not be seen during a safari. No wildlife sighting is guaranteed.

Changes Outside Our Control

Safari operations may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, park closures, administrative decisions, safety requirements or other circumstances outside the control of Big Cat Tours.

In such circumstances, Big Cat Tours will communicate relevant information to customers and assist with the applicable refund, rescheduling or alternative arrangements where available.

Important Information

Big Cat Tours is a private travel agency. We assist customers with safari bookings and tourism services but do not control park entry, wildlife movement, safari zone allocation or operational decisions made by the relevant authorities.

Customers are advised to carefully review the selected service, passenger details, payment amount and applicable cancellation conditions before completing a booking.
